Уже бошка не варит как это все выровнять.

Было просто меню в html коде, я решил сделать чтобы было стандартное. Его я пости настроил под дизайн но не как не могу сделать чтобы все стояло ровно.
должно быть типо токого

Получилось выровнять панель, но она сейчас почему то не кликабельна((
