Не работают префиксы

Здравствуйте! 

Установил плагин префиксов, в настройках все сделал как надо и выбрал только префиксы. Но в редакторе выбор не отображается. 

IPS последняя версия, лицензия. Пробовал ставить другой скин - результат нулевой.

Если включаю теги - тогда появляется поле с тегами, после установки тега под полем появляется выбор префикса. 

Нужно как на скрине - чтобы только префикс можно было выбрать.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
