Кинул нужный memcashed в расширения php, появилась галочка в cms, но при выборе сервера (вписываю стандартные значения) пишет: The servers provided are not valid.
PHP 7.3.7, memcashed для VC15 и x64

    Упс, извиняюсь, всё решилось.
    Раз тема всё равно остаётся напишу то как смог решить проблему.
    Я только кинул .dll в расширения php, но забыл что нужно было скачать memcached.exe и установить его через консоль.
    Включить в службах и перезагрузить Apache.
    После этого всё сработало.😅

    Configure browser push notifications
