При перетаскивании кнопки в панель кнопка не сохраняется

IPS 4.4.6
Последний раз работало на 4.4.4

 И не могу думать что проблеемы из-за сертификата, так как на этом ноутбуке он не понятно как отображается, а на других устройствах работает и так же не сахраняет кнопки

    Sipsb проблема в самой админке, использую стандарт стиль? Он же автоматически обновляется?
