Ошибка создание и ответов в темах

Добрый вечер, на моем форуме при обновление с версии 4.2.6 до 4.2.8
Произошла ошибка, что теперь нельзя писать темы и оставлять в них ответы.
Пропадает поле, где пишутся темы. Прикрепляю скрины ниже :)

    Консоль ошибок располагается на соседней с Elements вкладке.
