Не работают ссылки ЧПУ

Всем привет!

после переезда форума с forum.site.ru на site.ru/forum  перестали работать ЧПУ ссылки

При клике на ссылку пишет

 

Извините, возникла проблема

Страница, к которой вы обратились, не существует

Код ошибки: 1S160/2

 

Если отключить ЧПУ то все нормально

Может кто знает как быть? Кешь очищен

    .htaccess редактировал?

    Htaccess я заново установил из админки

    в настройках conf_global   base_url тоже установлен
