sitcky sidebar not working for opera and google chorme

I added the code to the css section. This code only runs properly in the Mozilla browser, but cannot be loaded in other browsers such as Chrome and Opera. Can you help?

Position sticky applies only when the parent has more than one child. Read on this in Google.
