Когда то был такой плагин "One IP One Account" (Этот плагин предотвратит регистрацию более одной учетной записи с одного и того же IP-адреса.)
По сути вещь полезная!
Но с версии 4.4 она перестала работать....
Кто сможет её воскресить. конечно же не бесплатно! На версию 4.5
