И так я опять полностью забил бд, писал хостеру они мне сказали покупать vps, я не очень понял что это прошу объяснить мне.

    Для нормальной работы IPB Тебе насколько я знаю придется брать минимум с 1 ГБ, чтобы работали всякие чаты, блоги, и тд и тп...

    Вы вечно какие-то хостинге неправильные выбираете...

    У меня он как был так и остался, а vps говорят брать из-за того что я чисто физически не могу позволить себе +100мб базы за 100р

    Ну так выбирайте другой хостинг где размер БД включается в дисковое пространство.
