Не отображаются модули

Привет всем еще раз, не знаю как лечить но какие я бы модули не установил они почему-то не отображаются на глайной странице, может быть что-то нужно включить или сохранить, в самих модулях по типу   включил

    это виджет/блок.

    открыть менеджер блоков (кнопка-ярлык с левой стороны экрана) и перетащить в нужное место.

    я разве говорил "зайти в админку в раздел блоков и создать новый блок"? 

    на главной странице форума слева кнопка.

    Спасибо огромное, я привык  то что везде все дейсвия выполняются в админке
