Многие пользователи не могу отправиль личные сообщения одному пользоателю.

Я ему отправляю без проблем. У того пользователя ящик пустой.

Некоторым пользователям я не могу отправить, хотя у них ящик тоже пуст.

Из-за чего такое может быть?

    На стандарте пробовал?

    Типа пользователь не может получать сообщения. не стандартном не пробовал.

    Нужно найти закономерность.

    В АЦ смотрите этих пользователей, настройки их.

    странно, пишу письмо модераторам по списку, из 5 человек пишет что 2 пользователя вообще не существует :D

    Возможно логин и отображаемое имя разные.
