Good Evening Guys, I Need to fix my email Issues.

 

Problem is : When user is registering to forum, User Does not get any verification Link Spam or Inbox. / Server Does not Sends 

Can You Guys Give me Completly Guide how to fix this problem? 
 

Thank you , i saw 2 topic but Still Does not Works Properly..
