I am not sure about where exactly this error comes from, but it seems whenever you change the URL

I wouldn't deliberately do it until I saw the error in System Log

The Logs were triggered by guests, which probably means search index bots were trying to crawl the links and that resulted in such errors?

Because it creates a System Error Log for no reason then!

System Error Logs are meant for some reason to fix outstanding issues with forums, isn't it the case?
