Как поменять эту аватарку на свою? Т.е чтобы у всех при регистрации была та, которую я хочу изменить...

Зайди на FTP по пути public/style_images/ТВОЙ СТИЛЬ/profile и там будет она. Замени на свою с тем-же  форматом картинки

 

и КЕШ чисть
