такая проблема загружаю картинки нажимаю публикация и переводит на данную страницу (скрин)

но не всегда иногда загружаются, в правах админа всё правильно выставлено, загружаю от имени админа.

такое происходит когда более 20 картинок гружу, а иногда и при 16 появляется данная страница.

помогите разобраться в чем дело? ipb 3.3.3

    Могу лишь порекомендовать обновить форума и галерею до последних версий.
