какое поле? задний фон? 

Белое поле какое то, нет не задний фон. да фиг с ним с полем этим, код вставляешь и оно исчезает.

    Да, обновил все. По прежнему в Админке пустое место при нажатии кнопки.

    зайдите с другого браузера, было подобное с системой правил, не было поля сообщения, зашел через мозилу/оперу поле появилось

    Уже пользовался Оперой, попробовал с Хрома и Мозилы. Та же ситуация.
