Is there any plug in or any way that with IPS that you can have all your download files added to a non S3 object storage when a member uploads files to post?

    смотря какое хранилище наверное? У всех свои API

    Contabo Storage. It uses a bucket url instead of api/keys

    Все хранилища используют api GET\POST иначе ты скачать\загрузить файлы не сможешь.
    IPS использует S3 стандарт api для большинства хранилищ, если хранилище отличное от S3, необходимо разрабатывать приложение под это хранилище.
