Добрый день. Подскажите какой шаблон копать в приложении  VIP Пользователи, пол дня возился, вроди все перевел на русский, но где то кодировка не стоит, не могу найти где.

Пересматривай кодировку каждого редактируемого файла. Где-то не изменил.

Нашел файл, но почему то даже если менять кодировку оно не сохраняет ее (юзаю Notepad++ )
