У меня на форуме в некоторых словах, и в админке тоже вместо букв вот эти знаки � image.png

Подскажите что делать?

    папробуй сделать так зайди в phpmyadmin вибири свою базу данных потом операции  и в сравнение поставь кодировку utf8_general_ci должно помоч

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
