Ничего не менял, ничего не трогал. Ошибка появилась сама.

Откуда вот это взялось hooks/../../../../../../tmp/tmpgw4ia4 - интересно :)

Опять вирусы?

В нете нашел:
 

DELETE chf.*, ch.* FROM core_hooks_files chf
LEFT JOIN core_hooks ch ON (chf.hook_hook_id = ch.hook_id)
WHERE chf.hook_file_stored LIKE '%../%'

Выполнил. Не помогло. Не забудьте перестроить кэш
