Краткое ТЗ: 

 

- дублируем фильтр нецензурных слов (основной остается заменять орфографию) либо делаем соответствующую настройку к имеющемуся (скорее всего первое, так как регулярку просто написать и все)

- при обнаружении вхождения - создается жалоба со ссылкой на пост

- шлется уведомление модератору соответствующего раздела и админу
