У вас на форуме над чатом есть "Внимание! Соблюдайте пожалуйста Правила форума, иначе Ваш аккаунт будет заблокирован перманентно без предупреждения!

" и фон стоит голубой, а по умолчанию он светло зеленый. как его поменять у себя на форуме?
