Помогите с настройкой хостинга VPS для работы с IPB. (300+ уников в сутки)

Сейчас настройки такие:

apache2.conf

<IfModule mpm_prefork_module>
MaxKeepAliveRequests 50
KeepAliveTimeout 2
ServerLimit 50
StartServers 10
MinSpareServers 15
MaxSpareServers 15
MaxClients 30
MaxRequestsPerChild 500
</IfModule>
Менял их, думал сам что-то сделаю..

Еще идет долгий отклик сайта. Т.е. ждешь секунды 3-4, потом сайт грузится полностью.

Сам не шарю в этом, начал осваивать только.

Помогите.

 

Apache2+nginx+mysql

OS: Debian

Проц - 800 МГц

Память - 256 Мб

Site: real-play.ru

 

P.S. пинг до сервера ~4mc
