Всем привет, установил IP.Download 2.5.4 на ipb 3.4.5

при заходе в "файлы" пишет:

Извините, вы не имеете доступа к этому!

Еще не создано ни одной категории

 

Подскажите где в АЦ создаются категории :)

Настоятельно рекомендую залезть в админцентр и полазить в нём для общего развития
