Привет.Хотелось бы узнать можно версию IPB 3.4.5 откатить до 3.3.1?Чтобы не потерять того что по насоздавал(Темы,категории).

Нет,нельзя.

Структура БД версии 3.3.1 отличается от 3.4.5
