Здравствуйте. У меня форум находился в папке forum123 и я переименовал папку на просто forum. Теперь ошибка на форуме 
 

Warning: file_get_contents(IPS_CACHE_PATHcache/skin_cache/settingsEmpty.html) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wottramp/domains/wot-tramp.ru/public_html/forum/admin/sources/base/ipsRegistry.php on line 584

Путь заменил в conf_global.php и сделал запрос в БД замена forum123 на forum. В чём может быть проблема?

    ац-система-настройки-глобальный посмотрите тут правильно ли стоят пути

    не пускает на сайт вообще. ни админка, ни форум
