Такая проблема, не загружается иконка чата Shotbox. Менял саму картинку и сам формат - не помогает.

Картинки в папке изображений стиля нет. По-умолчанию она загружается в папку master.

Картинка и в папке master и в папке изображений стиля  :(

Копировать адрес изображения и посмотреть в браузерной строке. Из этого мы узнаем что её нет в папке изображений текущего стиля.
