Сейчас обновлялось IPB, но как только обновление завершилось попробовал зайти админку, но появилось опять обнвление. Как можно устранить эту проблему?

Чуть не забыл! Требует установить новую версию  v4.1.4.WF.NULL



Разобрался. Правда муторно, но проблема была в одном приложении!

В приложении "[HSC] Super News Feed" из-за него и было обновление!

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
