Доброго времени суток уважаемые,помогите решить проблему,редактирывал группы пользователей и случайно убрал доступ в ац администраторам,кроме группы админов не кто не имел доступ,как восстановить не знаю,надежда только на вас!

а как,я не знаю помогите пожалуйста,то-есть я менял id группы не помогает,за помощь буду благодарен,опишите тут как вернуть плз!
