Вот лог sql error, в чем проблема и как исправить? Подскажите пожалуйста.

Как я понял, что вся проблема в том, что у меня все записано в виде cp1251_general_ci, а должно быть в utf8_general_ci.

Но вот я не понимаю, как в ПМА разом изменить все таблицы?
