Погуглил, но что-то никак не могу найти, как вставить свои скрипт шаре кнопок на место стандартных, чтобы они отображались во всех местах как на этом форуме.

Это хук какой-то или ручками?

Нашел ответ, в стилях надо найти shareLinks, удалить полностью все содержимое и добавить скрипт из шаре сайтов, таких как pluso, addthis

 

тут стоят кнопки с сайта share24 вроде
