Здравствуйте, сбилось время на форуме. Задаю любой часовой пояс, но хоть бы хрен! Время как было 21.30 (например) так и осталось. Хоть делаю +11 часовой пояс хоть -4, время ни капли не меняется. В чем может быть такая проблема?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Проблему решил! Кому интересно, то тупо выставил ниже +240, правда не знаю на долго ли хватит этого
