Проблема с размером шапки

Всем привет. Вообщем, у моего знакомого такая проблема: изменил размер шапки в высоту и теперь когда ставит новую шапку размером 1585х130 на широкоэкранных мониторах показывает нормально, но на экранах у которого разрешение меньше заданной шапки внизу появляется ползунок, картинка не вся.. в конце обрезается. Как сделать чтобы шапка подгонялось автоматически по каждый размер экрана. Подскажите пожалуйста)
