Модифицировал один раздел форума: добавил в название форума вот такое html:

но теперь редактировать его не получается, удалить не получается, шаблон превратился в кашу.

    Я так понял,у Вас стоит хук "Цветные темы". Попробуйте удалить хук,а затем раздел.
