Доброго времени суток!

Есть вопрос: как убрать блок в котором находятся кнопки Изменить стиль и так дальше. Тут на форуме они просто отдельно. На моем форуме они в рамочке. Как ее убрать.

Так же отображает кнопку RSS.

И как потом добавлять свой текст внизу форума?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
