Здравствуйте, при создании темы панель инструментов:

Очистите кеш браузера и форума.

АЦ > Внешний вид > Инструменты > Обновление кеш-файлов

Проверьте наличие всех BBCODE, ибо есть вероятность, что вы удалили чать из них. Думаю, возможно, поможет.
