Скачал форум ипб и доканался до вопроса что за хук или приложение загрузчик как на ипб мафия

 

Например:

Жму скачать и попадаю на страницу того же сайта еще раз жму скачать и пишет ждите 10 сек!

 

Скажите плиз что за хук или приложение!

Объясните "плиз" на каком вы языке разговариваете? "загрузчик" Какой загрузчик? Скрин "Плиз".
