После обновления с версии 3.2.2 до 3.4.6 возникли проблемы и мне пришлось удалить все файлы и базу данных и восстановить бекапы из ISPManager . Все вроде бы хорошо восстановилось, но есть одно НО! Буква "И" именно заглавная отображается как каракуля по всему форуму. Проверила все таблицы на наличие ошибок - движок форума проблем не выявил. Подскажите куда копать?

Скриншотом покажу , как отображается буква И. И так везде и в панели ац и в темах форума,и.т.д
