ЧИтал я подобные темы, ответа не нашел, проблема не решилась

Когда пытаюсь установить хук пишет ошибку: 

Системная ошибка

[#1110] XML файл не загружен. Пожалуйста, попробуйте снова.

 

ПРава все установлены правильно, пути тоже.

 

Есть вот такие ошибки, возможно это как раз связанно с этим?

как видите, убрал их очень легко и просто, смешно не правда ли?! а неадекват в данном случае вы, для таких "нубов" как вы, на ГЛАВНОЙ над ЧАТОМ написано ОБЪЯВЛЕНИЕ, читайте каждый раз как заходите на форум, может и поможет.
