Здравствуйте парни нужно помощь ваша, сижу и бьюсь головой, как же сделать так(cм.скриншот)

А если кто не понял, то  мне надо чтобы "форумы" "участники" "файловый архив" и "база знаний" была вот тут в

#header_bar то-есть как на сайте ipsnetwork
