Суть пробемы:Нажимаю на файлы,вылазит "ошибка" мол "Извините, вы не имеете доступа к этому!"
Что делать? Права доступа смотрел все, итд итп.
Помогите(

    Пример: АЦ > Пользователи > Управление группами > Shoutbox > Ставлю: "Могут просматривать чат?" - "Да" , "Могут использовать чат?" - "Да"...
