Приступим :
Внешний вид > Управление стилями и шаблонами > Ваш шаблон > Список форумов > hooksos_topicosrecentes_tema1
Находим строчку :
<a class='toggle right' href='#' title="{$this->lang->words['toggle_cat']}">{$this->lang->words['toggle_cat']}</a>
И удаляем.
Смотрим ниже и удаляем :
{$this->lang->words['toggle_cat']}
