    В таблице groups найти запись у которой в поле g_access_cp стоит 1 и поменять в этой записи id группы на id вашей группы (скорее всего, на 4).
     
    Или наоборот, найти в этой таблице запись с id вашей группы и поставить у неё в поле g_access_cp значение 1 Так более правильно.
