    <div id='logoimg'></div>изменил на:
    <div class='main_width'> <div id='logoimg'></div> </div>Тему можно закрывать.

    Разобрался, в ipb_styles.css > .ipsSideBlock h3 нужно было дописать

    height: ...px;
