    Разобрался, в ipb_styles.css > .ipsSideBlock h3 нужно было дописать

    height: ...px;

    Извиняюсь за создание темы.

    в ipb_style.css найти :
    #user_navigation { добавить в него:
    margin: 10px 10px 10px 10px;

    да, только, ipb_styleS.css и не десятки а я вставил -100px 0 0 0
