Solutions

  1. for4's post in Не устанавливаются приложения (модули) IPB 3.4.6 was marked as the answer   
    Если у кого нибудь будет подобная проблема при переезде или как в моем случае - решение:
     
    1. Зайти в БД форума
    2. Найти таблицу ipb_upgrade_history
    3. Удалить все кроме стандартных модулей (для моей 3.4.6 версии стандартные приложения как на скриншоте ниже)

    4. Зайти в АЦ форума и установить нужные приложения.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
