    Все спс сам разобрался, была проблема у хостера, был былый экран по причине не хватки оперативной памяти, у них слояло ложная память ненастоящая, написано было 156, а в самом деле было 65, когда обновили до 128 реальной, сразу все установилось.

Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
