    Вопрос решил:
    По адресу admin/applications_addon/other/shoutbox/extensions/profileTabs лежит файл shoutbox.conf.php
    В нем меняем название $CONFIG['plugin_name']       = 'Сообщения чата';
    Сохраняем все в кодировке utf8 и перезаписываем.
     
    Готово.
     
    П.С. Кстати, в файле shoutbox.php аналогичным образом можно изменить надпись 'no Shouts'.
