в custom.css добавить код
.ipsUserPhoto_large img, img.ipsUserPhoto_large, .ipsUserPhoto_large:after { width: 90px; height: 90px; } где 90 это ширина и высота аватарок

или :  Перейти: ACP - Customization - Themes - ваша тема/скин - edit HTML and CSS - Templates - Forums - front - topics - postContainer и найти и удали:
<li class='ipsResponsive_hidePhone ipsType_break'>{$comment->author()->rank['title']}</li>
