Можно глянуть таблицу core_moderator_logs - колонка `note` должна быть в json формате. Если там что-то отличное (по формату) от {aaa:true, bbb:false}, то эти записи можно просто удалить. Исчезнет инфа о редактировании, но она и не нужна обычно. Запись о модерации темы можно найти по class - 'IPS\forums\Topic' и item_id' - номер топика.
